Delivery is carried out by DPD Couriers, and is usually within 4 - 9 working/business days. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st January.

We deliver to mainland Portugal only, excluding islands.

Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff.
